All my life, there was nothing that was as hard as Chasing or trying to woo my way into Linda’s heart again… I get it.. It’s my fault and what i did was stupid… But I regret that now and I want to make it up to her But Linda isn’t giving me the chance to..

For days now, I’ve been visiting her, trying all I can to get her back, I’ve done everything Hermione said but nothing seems to be working, I’ve sent gifts and apology cards to her, I even sent her texts but there was no reply… I even had to follow her to her to the Restaurant where she works but things didn’t go the way I was Hoping it would.

That day, as I went to the restaurant, I sat at a place where she was meant to be serving, I watched as Linda did her work serving customers, Moments later, Linda spotted me and she did something to make me feel, jealous, While she was serving male customers, they would compliment her and give her their complementary cards for her to call them and she would collect it and smile… I was so jealous I felt like walking over there and beating the hell out of them..

Finally Linda came to my place and asked what I wanted to order, I tried appealing to her good nature but she pretended not to know me.

Linda ➡ ? Afternoon sir… What would you like to order?

Tony ➡ Linda.. It’s nice to see you.. Can we talk?

Linda ➡ ? Sorry sir, I don’t know you and as you can see I’m working.

Tony ➡Please Linda, just give me a few minutes please?

Linda ➡ ? Look sir, I’m busy… If you won’t order I suggest you leave…

Tony ➡ Come on, It’s me, Tony.. You can’t do this to me.

Linda ➡ Tony? Which Tony?

Tony ➡ Tony Richards.. The man that loves you.

Linda ➡ ? Sorry, I don’t have a man like that, now if you’ll excuse me, there are other customers waiting..

Linda turned around to go but I quickly grabbed her arm, trying to make her stay.

Tony ➡ Linda.. Please..

Linda ➡ Tony! Unhand me..

Tony ➡ Linda.. Come on..

Linda ➡ (shouts) TONY! UNHAND ME OR ELSE, I’LL BE FORCED TO DO SOMETHING YOU’LL REGRET.

I knew she wasn’t bluffing so I let her go and besides people were beginning to turn their attentions towards us… After that, I left the restaurant and never came back.

Despite that embarrassment, I still didn’t give up on her, I don’t care how long it’s going to take but I’m going to get her back.

My mom was hellbent on trying to make me forget Linda but I just can’t… No woman has ever touched my heart like the way Linda did.. And I don’t think I’ll find another like her ever again.

So one Saturday afternoon, my mom came and visited me trying to talk me about forgetting Linda but despite all her ravings, I won’t change my mind about Linda.

Susan ➡ My God Tony… What’s come over you and your sister? Of all the people you both chose as your partners you chose some… Gutter street nobodies.. God… You are from a different background and a different social status in life… You should be with women like Genevieve, or Omotola or Nadia Buhari, not Chioma from ajegunle.

Tony ➡ Mom… I’ve been with women like those and none of them measures up to the standard that Linda is.. Linda is a special and unique lady, mom.

Susan ➡ For goodness sake she’s a prostitute.. A wh*re….. An ASHAWO!!!

Tony ➡ Mom.. Don’t rub it in.. I’m very well aware of that, and it’s not her fault she did those things and speaking of prostitutes.. In that moment, Cecilia came down from the stairs interrupting our conversation.

Cecilia ➡ Hello guys.. What’s going on?

Susan ➡ Cecilia have you lost your manners… So I’m now a guy abi?

Cecilia ➡ Sorry mom… I was just playing… How are you?

Susan ➡ Hmph… As If that’s your business.

Cecilia ➡ Tony is she talking about Linda?

Tony ➡ Yes, she wants me to forget about Linda.

Cecilia ➡ Don’t mind her, She doesn’t realize Linda is the woman to put you in your place.

Tony ➡ Excuse me? Watch your mouth… Put in me in my place? What am I her slave?

Cecilia ➡ Relax… Just messing with you… So how’s your progress with Linda?

Tony ➡ Still the same… She won’t listen to me… I’ve tried everything to make her notice me.

Susan ➡ Is it by force? Forget about HER!!!

Tony ➡ Mom… I can’t.. I love her.

Cecilia ➡ Horseshit!!! (Laughs)

Tony ➡ (angry) Excuse me.!? Cecilia what is that supposed to mean? Besides what’s with you? Why are you busy trying to get on people’s nerves.

Cecilia ➡ Look… Don’t get high on me brother.. What I’m saying is, do you really and truly love her? Maybe the reason why Linda hasn’t given in to you is because she doesn’t believe you do love her… Actions speak louder than words, bro.. You’re just going to have to prove it to her.

Tony ➡ But how? If she would give me the chance I would.. I’ll do anything..

Cecilia ➡ Anything?

Cecilia ➡ Well, just be careful.. You might actually have to prove what you said.. Okay if you’ll all excuse me.. I’ll be going to my room.

Susan ➡ Unbelievable…. You know what I’m leaving too.. I’m not staying here any longer.. Good bye.

Cecilia and mom both left leaving me alone in the parlor.. I sat there for a while thinking about Linda, why wouldn’t she just give me a chance huh? Why? Well, I’m going to have to keep trying.. I just hope my efforts won’t be wasted in the end.

After a while, I dozed off and slept, An hour later, I woke up due to the heat that was bombarding me.. The power meter in the house was exhausted and it was time to recharge.. So I went to my toilet and took a shower, before leaving the house.

After getting dressed, I took my car keys abs drove to the power company. As I was driving there, my car started behaving somehow… Shortly after that, it stopped moving.. I got down from my car to see what had happened, after inspecting the car engine, I saw the fan belt severed.. I stood for a while trying to figure out what to do, I had no phone and I was trapped in a lonely area, there weren’t much people around.. In that moment, I saw a car heading my way and I quickly stopped it.. The car suddenly pulled in front of me and the door opened, the minute I peeped in to see who it was, I felt something hit me on my abdomen and then a wave of electric shock flowed throughout my entire body.. I fell on the ground, twitching in pain, and unable to move, Shortly after that I passed out cold on the ground…
