As soon as Daniella snapped back to her senses, she immediately pulled her lips away from Caleb’s and gave him a hard slap on his cheek.

“How dare you?” Daniella questioned with her eyes filled with rage. “Why the hell did you do that?” She asked pressing her lips.

“I’m sorry Daniella. I, I, I,” Caleb stammered holding his cheek as he sat back in his seat.

“My goodness! Caleb, how could you?” Daniella questioned with her jaw dropped in shock.

“I’m sorry Daniella. I didn’t know what came over me. I seriously do not know” Caleb said feeling remorseful.

“Why did you do that? Have you suddenly lost your mind or has something gone wrong with your senses? For Christ’s sake Caleb, I am married and you know that” Daniella said revealing her wedding ring.

“I’m sorry Daniella. I really shouldn’t have done that. Please I promise it won’t repeat itself” Caleb sincerely apologised.

“Of course, it won’t repeat itself ever again. I’m done here” Daniella said angrily grabbing her bag.

And with anger, she stormed out of the eatery leaving Caleb all by himself.

“Shit!” Caleb exclaimed hitting his clenched fist on the table.
