Episode 18
Hospital scene, Mummy Emmanuel and Doris are restless, pacing to and fro and stopping every Staff that passes by to enquire about daddy’s state of health. The doctor appears and the trio rush to meet her.
Doctor: well, he is stable for now but is still resting. (Facing Mummy) Madam! You have to take it easy on him hence forth please, most especially now that he will not be able to use his left Arm and leg normally again! (Mummy faints as Doris and Emmanuel screams) nurse! Nurse!
(Confusion till fade)
Office scene, Charles rushes in with tooth pick in his mouth, Phone to his ear, he passes his colleagues and proceeds to see Mr.Ayo.
Patrick: Chai! Our Guy don de kolo o! (Others look towards Charles and shake their heads)
(Mr. Ayo is busy on the phone, he looks up as Charles walks into his Office, and he beckon at Charles pointing at a seat. Charles sits down)
Mr.Ayo: Charles how are you?
Charles: (Remembers the tooth pick in his mouth, hurriedly removes it, looks sideways for where to throw it, and then puts it in his Shirt Pocket.
Mr. Ayo pointed at the trash can in the Office) Oh sorry sir! (He removes the tooth pick from his Pocket and throws it into the trash can. Comes back to sit) Oga I am fine sir!
Mr.Ayo: Charley you are not fine at all! Haba!
You are a total wreck! Is it marriage or are you involved in any shady business that is troubling you?
Charles: Sir, hmm (Heaves, sighs shaking his head) I think I have made a big mistake in my marital life! But don’t worry sir! I will sort myself out.
Mr.Ayo: Charles, I want to hear what happened!
What mistake did you make? Just barely one month in marriage and you are sounding so sad and sour! Common spill it out now!
