Enita’s POV
“Ohh! Enita in my office! Now!” He ordered.
Guys, how much are they selling coffin. I need one. Am not too tall nor too fat. A cheaper one please.
I followed him to his office. He turned to me with a sly smile.
“Enita, you said you’re running test on that nurse’s lips. Really? Is she your girlfriend?” He asked.
I scratched my head answered. “Not really sir, actually I just like her that’s all.”
“Well, I will just advice you, don’t do that in front of my office and I mustn’t catch you guys kissing.
You can kiss somewhere else. Am not stopping you. You can go. And, my regards to your uncle.” I bowed and left the office.
Outside the office, I couldn’t find Mimi again. I sighed and walk to my office.
Mimi’s POV
I sat down on the swivel chair signing some office files. I suddenly remembered the kiss that jerk and I shared.
Seriously, I can’t stop thinking of that kiss every minutes. His lips aren’t burnt but soft and juicy.
That jerk always made me tremble whenever he touches me.
I heard a knock on the door. “Come in” I said.
I saw doctor Nelson come in, he’s always with that straight face of his.
“Good morning Mimi” He greeted and I responded.
“How may I help you?” I asked.
“Ohh! Nothing, just came here to check on you. And about that guy, I….Saw…You guys kissing, are you dating?” His blue eyes glittering.
“Hmm, no we aren’t dating? Just…. There’s nothing between us.” I replied, bashfully.
“Ohh, he told me you guys are dating. Well, that’s another thing. Can we go out on a date?”
I stared at him and blink my lashes. I looked away and nodded.
“Yes, we can,and let it be on Friday cause I have somewhere to go on Saturday” I answered.
“With that guy? I don’t know what you see in that guy.” He said, sharply.
I eyed him and he did the unexpected. He pecked me on the cheek.
Arrggh, two dates!
Enita’s POV
I got home after work and removed my clothes and stayed under the shower to take a fresh bath.
Minutes later, I was out. I went downstairs, to the kitchen and kept looking. Arrghh, I don’t even know how to cook all this raw food.
I took my phone and called Mimi. “Sugar, I know you’re angry am calling you right now but ….” I paused.
Just pray she’s not gonna yell at me.
“I feeling hungry and I don’t know how to cook, can you come to my house or I should come to your own house.” I finally said.
Waiting for her answer.
” Fine! Am coming over. I don’t wanna let you get lost in this place, am sure you don’t even know anywhere apart from that hospital.” She replied and I huff.
“That’s okay, don’t insult me.” I retorted.

Finally she’s here. I stood up when I heard the door bell ring. Have been expecting her for hours now.
I thought she isn’t going to come again.
“I thought you aren’t coming again sugar”
“What if I didn’t come as I promise?” She was holding a small bag.
“Ahh! Surely gonna come to your house.” I replied.
“Just go sit at the dinning am coming.” She rushed to the kitchen and came back with plates and spoons.
“Wait, tell me you brought the food from your house? And you gonna eat with me too?” I questioned.
“Is something wrong with that? Just keep quiet and let eat in peace please” She rolled her eyes.
“Am blushing for my sugar, so how sweet is my burnt lips?” I asked and I saw her cheeks flushed.
“Can you just stop talking about your lips please, you kissed me to the extent Sir McDonalds saw us.
You even lied about running a test on my lips. Who does that? You’re so unbelievable Enita”
She took a plate and poured what I don’t even know. I mean, I don’t know the name but it looks delicious.
“Awwn, don’t worry, he didn’t say anything awful to us. He said we can kiss anytime we like but not in the hospital” I said.
“He really said that? Can’t believe him too. Here’s your food and don’t talk while you eat. Suspend the kissing scene”
“Should I kiss you and let uncle Efe catch us?” I cackled.
“What?! You must be out of your mind. Don’t you dare do that!” Her eyes widened.
“There’s nothing wrong with that, you know that’s what you said the other time at the hospital, Don’t you dare! and I kissed you. Say another word and I will kiss you again.” I turned to my food and ate. I moaned softly.
It was really delicious.
“I should call my parents so they will know am with Miss sugar cane neck and we are dating. Oops, she’s gonna get angry with me. Let me say, we kissed that’s all.”

We finished our meal, Mimi took the plates to the kitchen while I sat in the sitting room.
I dialled mom’s number but it wasn’t going through. I dialled dad’s and he picked it.
“Papa, sorry I didn’t call you for a while now” I bit my lips.
“I see, no worries, how’s London doing you?” Father asked.
“London is doing us well, especially when am with Miss sugar cane neck Dad” I whispered.
“What?! You met that girl there in London again?” He gasped.
“Yes dad, don’t worry, we are friends now. Friends with benefits.” I grinned.
“Hmm, don’t do anything silly there.” Dad warned.
“My regards to mom, I got a job with uncle Efe’s help. As a doctor.”
“Wow! Your mum must hear this. Son, I need to go now. I have something to do, I will send your regards to your mom. Bye.” The line went dead.
Am still gonna call either mom or dad tomorrow again.
I turned to see Mimi glaring at me. I stopped staring at her when the door opened.
It was uncle.
“Enita, you need to behave well and not silly today. Mimi how are you? Prefect timing.” My uncle said and explained what’s going on.
The woman my uncle is crushing on is coming with her cousin. I promise not to disturb her in Jesus name.
I won’t do anything crazy.
My uncle went upstairs and came back with a white shirt and blue jean.
The door bell rang twice before Mimi went to open it.
A pretty white lady was standing at the door entrance smiling. Perfect choice for my uncle. I smiled.
But I immediately stopped smiling when I saw my enemy. They do follow me, anywhere I go.
Do you guys remember the boy I asked to say for hitting my car and was saying incantations. Yes. He’s here.
That’s the woman’s cousin. Where will I hide?
