Episode 21

I was ready for school the next day after cleaning the house, i was clad white T-shirt, white sweat pants, white can, white hair warmer and pink jacket, arranged my hair and put on my glasses and was off to school.

DERA

I got ready for school today earlier than usual called my friends and told them am calling of the shot, have had enough, lara insisted i continued but clara said i was right. I should go and see him.

ANNABEL

I was confused on what to wear to school, i search and searched and finally found a black sexy school gown, with a big grin. Am going to keep making him drool over my beauty, she thought with a smirk.

*JOE

he called millicent that morning and they fixed launch a by 1pm. For the first time i really wanted to make a relationship work. Thanks to that kid i finally feel like i have a brother somewhere and am finally feeling complete.

The next thing i wanted to do is to get married.

I finally got to school walked straight towards my classroom and saw student hanging around all over the long passage, i made my way to my class and sat down. Then my phone ranged, it was my mum.

Me: hello mum

Mum: dee the plan has been changed we’d be leaving before you get back from school.

Me: alryte mum, i’ll be fine dont worry about me, just call me whenever your coming back and i’ll prepare you guys the best.

Mum: byeeee sweetheart, i love you
Me; i love you too mum muuah!! Then she hunged up. Home alone i thought. I began to think about my speech and what to say and what not to say. The class was gradually filling up, just then annabel came in looking pretty i must say, and all eyes was on her, while the guys were like wooow and some ladies werent happy at the response, maybe they saw there bf being carried away. I looked away avoiding eye contact with her, she got to her sit and was still busy staring at me not minding on lookers.

What have i gotten myself into i thought to myself. Then she stood up and and move to the sit next to me and asked eric to go to her’s.

Anna: hi she said smiling

Me; how u doing ann

Ann: am cool and you

Me: am fine

Ann; hmmm she said with searching looks.

Me; annabel, am sowie about yestiday, i just let my feelings get better part of me

Annabel: we’re cool, ahaa!!!! so his even having feelings for me she smiled.

Me: tanks for underst……..my mouth couldnt complete those words when she gave me a peck and stood up. This is gonna be harder than i thought, how did things get to this! Its all dera’s fault, if she hadnt ditched me the way she did, i wont have kissed her. Then mr gilbert stepped into the class in his usual lively mood, he picked 5 student and made them to do a short play and asked, while we told him our observation, in the past have always loved mr gilbert’s classes. After he left i quickly went outside to avoid more troubles from ann and am sure chris taught i was scared of him cos i saw him grinning, i decided to go to the football peach, cos have never been to the school’s field before and it was pretty, green carpet grass well leveled with white goal post, i just walked around it. While remembering times when joe taught me how to play football and how shocked he was when he saw how good i became, i smiled to my self, just then i heard a voice.
