A star falls from the sky and into your hands. Then it seeps through your veins and swims inside your blood and becomes every part of you. And then you have to put it back into the sky. And it’s the most painful thing you’ll ever have to do and that you’ve ever done. But what’s yours is yours. Whether its up in the sky or here in your hands. And one day, it’ll fall from the sky and hit you in the head real hard and that time, you won’t have to put it back in the sky again. Last night I lost the world, and gained the universe.

sleeping was the hardest thing every night. I couldn’t sleep. I got out of bed and found a lady in her undies walking around the house. I Wondered if Caleb didn’t inform her about the kids in the house.

Good morning ” she said getting a glass of milk.

she modelled her body out of the room. Caleb walked in minutes later.

am kindly asking if you can tell your woman friend, that there are kids here ” I said

she is walking around naked, and you know the boys ” I said

he walked away, he hasn’t said anything to me he just let his girlfriend move in, in our house.

I will never be alright; I love my husband and this weekend will decide if it’s divorce or separation” I said

don’t worry you ,he will never divorce you, if he wanted to divorce you, he would have done it long time ,so don’t stress yourself too much” she said

I know but his little girl is in our house ” I said

oh my gosh Andrew, do you want to end my marriage” I asked

hey hey, I beg get up and get out of my house, I made a mistake sleeping with you and am paying for it ” I said

look Andrew if you love someone set them free, yes you love her but Rose is married with kids, she loves her husband so much ” she said.

I looked at my family picture. Lord why did I destroy such a beautiful family. if I blame the devil, the devil will be upset, let me blame myself.

let her go to her mother’s house for a while, maybe it will give me time to think what I want ” he said

what kind of stupid thinking is that ” Selina asked?

look this is not your marriage so shout up” he said

Caleb you are talking to your elder sister like that ” his mum asked.

my husband ,am asking if you can allow me to stay here for a week, this week I want to show the boys that we are a perfect family, am asking you if you can pretend just for a week so that my children ,our children doesn’t suspect anything ” I said

the elders left. Selina pulled me aside.

what are you doing” she asked?

I will get your kids; I won’t let another woman raise them ” she said

I went to my room. . I removed my clothes; I was in so much pain. the beating he gave me was really something else, Caleb banged in the room and I covered myself.

we will do what we used to do for our kids” I said
