Only once in your life, I truly believe, you find someone who can completely turn your world around. You tell them things that youve never shared with another soul and they absorb everything you say and want to hear more. You share hopes for the future, dreams that will never come true, goals that were never achieved, and the many disappointments life has thrown at you. When something wonderful happens, you cant wait to tell them about it, knowing they will share in your excitement. They are not embarrassed to cry with you when you are hurting or laugh with you when you make a fool of yourself. Never do they hurt your feelings or make you feel like you are not good enough, but rather they build you up and show you the things about yourself that make you special and even beautiful. There is never any pressure, jealousy, or competition but only a quiet calmness when they are around. You can be yourself and not worry about what they will think of you because they love you for who you are. The things that seem insignificant to most people such as a note, song, or walk become invaluable treasures kept safe in your heart to cherish forever. Memories of your childhood come back and are so clear and vivid its like being young again. Colors seem brighter and more brilliant.

my phone rang and it was maria…

hey ” I answered

hello, so it’s working but I feel sorry for her ” she said

when is she alone ” I asked

just tell me, we can leave the room ” she said

ok so I will be that side when I knock off ” I said

what time is that so I can tell jas to leave and make it like it wasn’t planned” she asked

I will be that side around 18pm” I said

okay ” she hung up

I did my work and knocked off.

I took a long shower then drove to the hostels.

I knocked the first time. I knocked again but she opened after the second knock.

you can come in ” Sharon said

I entered and took a seat.

she wore leggings and a vest.

where are the girls” I asked?

I don’t know, I thought you were with them ” she said calmly.

no, let me try to call them ” I said

I pretended to make a call.

they are not picking and I told them I was coming to pick them up ” I said

have you had something to eat ” I asked?

she shook her head no.

get ready we go eat something ” I said

won’t jas and Maria get upset ” she asked

I think they wouldn’t mind ” I said

okay give me 10 minutes ” she said

she nodded.

I got in the car, and I called maria.

yes, she is changing,” I said

oh my gosh” they screamed.

you guys are crazy ” I said

after a while, Sharon showed up looking hot. . this lady should have been doing modeling cause her body was for models.

I opened the door for her.

I drove to my favorite place …

she looked shy.

she was busy playing with her fingers.

arent you going to order ” I asked?

yes, I am ” she said getting the menu.

I will have ribs and chips ” she said

what’s up with you girls and ribs ” I asked taking a sip of wine.

she giggled

Sharon can I ask you something” I asked

yes sure” she said

what animal are you most scared of” I asked

lion ” she said

do I look like a lion, come on be free, let’s enjoy ourselves” I said?

she smiled.

our food was served and we started eating …

what do you do for a living ” she asked taking a bite of her ribs

am a doctor ” I said

you look young to be a doctor” she said

I laughed

while I finished school when I was 15 and when the results came out, I applied for school ” I said

wow 15 ” she said

what are you studying” I asked?

business administration” she said

nice course ” I said

when we were done, I ordered more wine because I was off tomorrow so I can have more.

you don’t drink” I asked

yes, I do ” she said

but why arent your drinking your wine ” I asked

am not a fan of wine” she said

you are a fan of whiskey or ciders” I asked

okay, will get for you on our way ” I said

we made small talks and I took her back.

my pleasure” I smiled

you arent seeing the girls ” she asked

I will pass by tomorrow” I said

she nodded and went inside. I wanted to kiss her and just hold her in my arms.

I drove off after she disappeared.

oh mother ” I said

how was your day my darling son ” she said with smiles

what do you want mum?” I asked putting my car keys on my coffee table

nothing I just wanted to see my son ” she said

Goodnight ” I said

no chatting with mummy?” she asked

no mother, I had a long day I need to rest ” I said heading to my room.

Jacob told me that there is a certain girl you like ” she said

I forgot that my cousin was a loudmouth ” I whispered.

not today mother” I said slamming the door

Caleb today is the day ” she said

I got my headsets and put on loud music so that I couldn’t hear what she was saying. I don’t even know how I slept but when I woke up, I found two missed calls from Sharon.

I dialed her line.

hello,” she answered

am fine, I think I left my handbag in your car,” she said

oh, is it possible you come to get it, I have a terrible headache” I lied was just feeling lazy going anywhere today. .

too bad, text me your address than ” she said

I hung up and texted her the address.

after two hours, I heard someone knock, I was in my gym clothes, I was all sweaty oh yes, I have a gym in my house …

I started wiping my sweat.

hey come in ” I said

I almost got lost ” she said

let me take a shower feel at home ” I said

but she was busy staring at me.

earth to Sharon ” I snapped my fingers

she nodded taking a seat.

I took a shower and put on sweat pants and a golf t-shirt.

so, what can I offer you ” I asked?

come on, you come all the way from your school to tell me you are fine ” I said

a glass of juice will do ” she said

okay, this girl was just shy around me and it really worried me if she will ever be free.

I handed her a glass of juice while I got a glass of whiskey.

there was some awkward silence between us …she cleared her throat.

is it okay I see that ” she asked pointing at my photo album?

it’s fine ” I smiled, I started watching TV.

I moved closer.

this is my elder sisters ” I said

she landed on my first girlfriend.

oh my gosh that’s sad, what happened” she asked

we started dating when I was 15 until I completed college, she just got sick, she had a headache, we chatted in the morning, and I was called in the evening that she was gone ” I said getting emotional.

so, you have never dated after her death” she asked.

I have, 2 girls but it never worked out ” I said

oh ok” she said

and you how many guys have you dated plus the guy you are with now ” I asked
