Read Story: SEASON 1 EPISODE 45

Start from the beginning  He walked out whispering random things to Mannie , and I washed my hands before texting Andrew about what happened and asking him to postpone the training to tomorrow. After I sorted that out, I went down to the kitchen. “-first need to be manly to get girls. So let’s find you something to make you muscular.” I heard William say. William was sitting on one of the chairs at the small table. He was bouncing Mannie on his lap, and Mannie was s—–g his thumb while staring up at William. “Are you trying to teach him how to break girl’s hearts already?” I asked, putting my hands on my hips. “You see, all these girls pretend to hate our bad boy ways. But we know, they just love them.” William said to Mannie. I rolled my eyes. “Keep imagining, William. A girl wants a guy who can love them unconditionally for who she is and understands her like no one else. A girl doesn’t want a guy who tells her secrets to other people.” I pointed out. “Now is not the time, Heather. I said I was sorry.” William said, standing up. “I wasn’t talking about you. I was just stating the truth.” I retorted. “But that was an indirect hit towards me.” He stated angrily. “What is your problem William? You shouldn’t even be angry right now. In fact, I don’t even know why I’m so calm right now.” I said angrily. “Because you have no reason to be angry. People were bound to find out anyways, especially if the guy did kidnap you again. It raises awareness for everyone else.” William yelled. “Right, so Natalie telling everyone that I’m a damsel-in- distress is going to raise public awareness.” I said sarcastically. I felt something nudge my stomach and I looked down to see Mannie’s foot. Wait what? I looked up, and realized that William and I somehow ended up in each other’s faces, way too close. We were glaring at each another and William was breathing heavily, glancing down at my lips occasionally. We snapped out of it when the doorbell rang. William handed over Mannie, and went to answer the door. “I don’t understand this guy. He’s nice for a few minutes and then he’s cold.” I said to Mannie. “Heather?” I turned around to face William. “This is Dr. Elliot Presley. Doc, this is my wife, Heather.” William introduced us. Though, I was just staring in shock at Elliot. “We meet again Heather.” Elliot smiled warmly. “You two know each other?” William asked. “Yeah, he was my doctor.” I said. “How’s the cut?” Elliot asked, nodding at my waist. I pulled my shirt up slightly and you could see the skin healing, but it was still pretty bad looking. Elliot pressed his hand to the stitches. “Hmm, it seems alright. Might wait a few more days before getting the stitches removed though. The skin is still healing.” He said, rubbing it gently. William coughed angrily and Elliot removed his hand immediately. William placed his arm around my waist possessively. I rolled my eyes, apparently he still has the notion that I’m his. “Doc, I called you to check Mannie, not Heather.” William said, a hint of anger in his tone. “Mannie?” Elliot asked confused. I held up the baby. “You guys have a kid?” Elliot asked in shock. “No.” I said. “Not yet.” William said at the same time. I frowned at William while he smirked down at me. “What I mean is that we’re still trying.” William said happily. “But, it’s a lot of fun.” I elbowed him in the stomach and he coughed to cover up his groan. “Save it for the bedroom, sweetie.” I gasped and turned, slapping his chest angrily. He kissed my nose and turned me back around, hugging me from behind. Elliot was glaring at William, jealousy clearly visible in his eyes. “Anyways, we found this little guy abandoned. So we wanted to make sure he’s alright.” William said. Elliot snapped his attention back to Mannie and nodded. “Okay, let’s head to the living room then.” We walked to the living room and watched as Elliot checked Mannie. After a couple of minutes, he smiled. “He seems pretty healthy. Whoever abandoned him took good care of him before. He’s perfect weight.” “How old would you say he is?” I asked. “Exactly 7 months from what I can see.” Elliot smiled softly, handing Mannie back to me. I nodded and cuddled Mannie to my chest. He hummed and closed his eyes, making himself comfortable. I looked up and Elliot was staring at me with this longing look? I felt slightly uncomfortable and I think William noticed because he stood up. “Alright, thanks doc! We’ll see you soon, when we visit the hospital again.” William said. Elliot smiled and stood up. He shook hands with William and gave me a one-armed hug, before his good-byes and leaving. William turned to me after locking the door. He had that possessive, jealous look in his eyes. “Great,” I thought as he stalked toward me and smashed his lips to mine in a hot, passionate kiss. Hey Guys! I’m sorry I took a while. I was sick and couldn’t really think of anything. It’s like my cold came with a case of writer’s block. I personally don’t like this chapter, but it’s a sort of transition to our next part. So, I’m sorry again if it’s a bit boring. I love you all!
