My step mum scampered back to her bed, And I sat down at the edge of the bed too.
So my Dad opened the door and entered.
“I thought there wasn’t anybody at home” my Dad said in great surprise.
My stepmum stood up, Hugged him and welcomed him respectfully.
“You’re welcome, my king” my stepmum said, after hugging him.
I was there shaking my head.
“Wumin…!!! won’t you come and greet daddy? ” my daddy said, as he smiled broadly.
So I stood up to greet him and he cuddled me fatherly.
My Dad sat down at the middle. My step mum sat down at the right side, I sat down at the left side, my Dad sat down at the middle.
“How I wished my Dad could know what’s happening. I wished he had ran away by this time” I made a wish in my mind.
