My stepmum from the left side laughed out loud.
“Do you think If he run away, he won’t be caught still? ” she asked me.
My Dad was actually confused, he looked at my stepmum, and then asked.
“Who’s running away? To where? From where? ” my Dad asked my step mum.
My stepmum smiled and said.
“I was telling Omowumi a story before you enter, so I decided to answer her previously asked question ” she responded.
My Dad turned to me and asked.
” is that true? ” my Dad asked me
I responded rapidly.
“Yes, Dad”
My Dad also smiled and said.
“Well, That’s mother and daughter’s talk. Make I no interfere” He said, as she was about to stand up.
