My Kings Daughter

Episode 6

Dave stood dumb for some seconds not answering but just looking.

Didn’t you hear me? The lady asked.

I’m sorry, i’m guessing that you are the king’s daughter. I am Dave, the king’s right hand man, your majesty. Dave quickly replied.

He was able to discern that she was the princess because of her tone.

Oh, so you are the hero that saved my dad’s life? I’m sorry for being so harsh but we don’t always get to see new faces around here. I’m Ovie. She said, offering her hand for a handshake which Dave accepted.

I just want you to know that you don’t have to call me your majesty anymore. You are now a member of the royal household. Ovie said.

If you say so. Dave replied.

Ovie: If you’ll excuse me, i’ll be on my way.

Dave: it was nice meeting you, princess.

Ovie: nice meeting you too.

Dave turned to leave only to see a very angry looking Abies staring at him. He pretended that he didn’t see that.

Later, Abies came to meet him in his room. Dave chat with her like normal. Then she asked a question.

Abies: you and my little sis seem to flow like old friends.

Dave: hmm… I just met her and i must say she’s pretty nice.

Abies: am i not nice?

Dave: of course, you are. But i don’t understand, why are you asking about that?

Abies: you know what just forget about it.

Abies then left his room, leaving dave as confused as ever.

Does she like me? Is she jealous or something? Dave kept on asking himself these questions with no answers coming from anywhere.

Dave just shrugged and went to the dining to have his dinner and later went to bed.
